Baking often require eggs and it happens to all of us, we find a good recipe that we really want to try but then realize that we are out of eggs! Not to worry these helpful substitutes will save the day. These can also be use for egg allergy purposes.
Simply replace 1 egg with your choice of:
½ Mashed Banana
¼ Cup Yogurt
1/3 Cup Apple Sauce
¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
